This video installation researches the concept of the «soma» - the living, pulsing body as experienced from within. The audiovisual composition guides a journey that explores through aesthetic practices and philosophical reflections how we perceive and inhabit our corporeal presence. 

Through verbal and visual language, participants are invited to dive into the sensorial experience of their human organism and come in closer contact with their orientation, breath, presence and inner space.
