Enter a space of inner connection, integration, and pleasure. As a wellness arts facilitator, I am dedicated to guiding you on a journey of self-discovery through body-mind practices.
My sessions are designed to help you meet your needs, whether that's reducing stress, improving flexibility and strength, releasing tension, accessing insights, or tapping into your inner well-being. Regardless of your experience level, I personalize the sessions to create a nurturing space where you can explore your body and mind with curiosity and joy. It is important for me to create a space where you are allowed to be, without judgment or comparison. It is from this place of compassionate acceptance that we can begin to truly connect with what lies within. My practice is rooted in conscious connection with our inner landscapes. By exploring breath, movement, and self-perception, I guide us into discovering new insights and embodying a special sense of vitality and wholeness. In my sessions, I place a special emphasis on sensing the body from within and discovering pleasure and comfort in our own skin. I believe that conscious movement can help us process and integrate our experiences, nurture what we need to grow, and become better versions of ourselves. INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Do you seek to develop a particular aspect of yourself or gain a greater sense of clarity? An individual session opens a safer space to explore your emotional landscapes, and learn new tools to move towards your desires. Looking at your unique path, we choose the methods that work best for you from a variety of options, including movement, breathwork, visualization, meditation, writing and rituals. I design and guide the session caring for your specific needs, goals, and preferences, so you can gently embark on your journey.

HATHA / VINYASA YOGA: Dynamic & Conscious Flow
These sessions offer a dynamic movement practice that connects the breath, body, and mind. We begin by tuning into our bodies with a gentle warm-up, gradually building heat as we move into more energetic and strengthening sequences. We often pause to perceive sensations more consciously and find more alignment. We always end with relaxation and integration on the floor.
Open to all levels, these sessions offer variations for each "asana", allowing you to choose the positions that feel best for you. Each practice is accompanied by a curated music playlist to bring us into sweet flow. This practice aims to bring you a sense of stability, pleasure and vitality. |
RESTORATIVE YOGA: Yin & Slow Flow
This is a slow-paced, calm, and meditative yoga session designed to help you release tension, cultivate mindfulness, and find peace within. Throughout the practice, we take time to sense ourselves and breathe deeply as we move through different body positions. Holding these positions for a while allows us to sink deeper into our bodies, relax, and let go.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this space welcomes you to explore the benefits of a slow, mindful practice. The breath will gently guide you through the path and you can give yourself time to be and enjoy. |
VINYASA TO YIN: Power and Softness
This session takes you on a journey through different body positions, guiding your awareness to your breath and to the sensations in your body. It starts with dynamic Vinyasa flows, getting the heart pumping, the blood circulating and the muscles in action. Later on, we move into Yin: a slow, calm and restorative practice. In this part of the practice, we hold some positions for longer and focus on releasing tension, softening our insides and letting go. Throughout the journey, we practice coming in closer contact with ourselves, experiencing pleasure and cultivating mindfulness and peace within us.

INTUITIVE DANCE: Guided Improvised Movement
We use the power of imagination to connect body and mind through an improvisation-based dance practice. You'll be guided to tap into your inner spaces, explore your unique movements, and express yourself freely. Each session explores different themes and includes somatic practices to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience. Through intuitive dance, you'll discover new ways to move, play with your imagination, and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and pleasure. |
CEREMONIAL JOURNEYS: Rituals for Transformation
I offer personalized ceremonies and rituals carefully designed for your occasion. Whether you're looking to connect with your inner power, let go of past cycles or mourn a loss, I craft a custom ceremony to guide you on your process, individually or with your group.
Ceremonies offered in the past include vision quests, full moon circles, connecting with the divine, intention cultivation and harvest, working with one's shadow, blessing the new, and transitioning cycles. Contact me to learn more about creating a personalized journey. |
My name is Kia, and I have dedicated my life to exploring body-mind practices. From an early age, my love for theater and dance ignited a lifelong connection with my body as a place of creativity and homecoming. As a teenager, I discovered the world of yoga and meditation and haven't stopped exploring since. My journey has led me through a range of trainings and practices, including somatic movement techniques like Feldenkrais, Body-Mind Centering® and Continuum Movement, as well as diverse yoga styles from Jivamukti to Yoga Nidra. I've also delved into shamanic ceremonies, hypnosis, breathwork, Qigong, and Vipassana meditation to name a few.
It has been over a decade that I've been professionally training in yoga, dance, and other forms of somatic movement. In 2009, I completed my first training as a dance and movement teacher, I kept regularly training in different methods and in 2017, I received my somatic yoga teacher certification from the Somatic Academy Berlin. Since then, I have been fortunate to share my passion with others by facilitating yoga and movement sessions in a variety of styles for humans of diverse backgrounds and experience levels. In addition to my work offering sessions, I have a rich artistic practice that explores nuanced body-mind states by combining different media. My art and body-oriented practices are deeply connected, drawing on insights and creative inputs from each other. Whether guiding individual sessions, studio classes, online trainings, or workshops at festivals or corporate events, I am always humbled by the power of these practices to transform and inspire.
